Hey everyone 👋 grateful to be here and appreciate the warm welcome 🙏
I’m a holistic doctor and transformational coach focused on emotional mastery, mental resilience, leadership, and also longevity & vitality — working with the body, mind, and spirit as an integrated system.
Right now I’m building my Skool community and coaching business here in the U.S., sharing practical tools from real life + client experience.
Currently creating:
→ workshops + workbooks on emotional control, focus, identity, and energy
→ building a system around what I call “5 Life Force Tools”
Tools I’m using / exploring:
→ ChatGPT (of course 😄)+ opus
→ content systems for education + coaching
→ Skool as a core platform
This week I’m focused on:
