New Information Regarding Being a Referral Agent in California for NACA Members
Listen up if you are interested in being a Referral Real Estate Agent in California to work with NACA members; NACA has removed the 3 transactions requirement before you can be a NACA buyer's real estate agent. Now, per NACA Counselor, Sharon Bogney at the Upland NACA office, if you are willinging to help the NACA members achieve their goals of becoming home owners all you have to do after participating in the Real Estate Agents' webinar is complete the NACA Referral Agent Agreement and email her your agent info, the areas you prefer to work, and whether you have a Transaction Coordinator working with you. Sharon says her desire is to have NACA members being helped to close on escrows as soon as possible with as good a deal as possible that works for the member.
