Assignment #2 – think of 1 thing that you can do to make yourself an authority brand in my area for real estate.

I will utilize my Credit Union affiliation by writing articles on real estate directed at Credit Union members. These will be posted on the CU social media pages and cross-linked to my pages. I will offer responses to questions raised – this will funnel into consultations and leads. Suggested articles are:

1) Thinking of buying your first home – things to know

2) How to apply for a mortgage loan

3) Rent or buy – things to consider

4) You have (or can buy) a residential lot – what next?

5) Are you renting premises? – what landlords and tenants should know

6) Financing your residential construction

7) Financing a commercial building/development.
