Assignment #7
After reading Course 8, I think the hardest part of running my real estate business will be earning people's trust. Since I'm new to real estate, I know I won't have years of experience to lean on, so I'll have to prove myself by being honest, reliable, and always putting my clients' needs first. Buying or selling a property is a huge decision, and I want my clients to feel confident that they can trust me to guide them through the process.
I also think balancing marketing, finding new clients, and keeping up with administrative work will be challenging at first. My background in marketing and customer service has taught me how important communication, organization, and follow-up are, and I know those skills will help me as I grow my business. I don't expect success to happen overnight, but I'm excited to keep learning, complete my BelPro Agent Course, and build a business that people know they can trust.
