Understanding the basics of land titles makes you a better agent because not only you are expanding your knowledge on all the process that needs to happen when getting a proper title but you are also building trust with your client and that is something really important in your sale. You built more credibility by knowing what you are selling so you dont look lost but rather you know the legal process that has to happen when making your sale.
