Assignment #3
Understanding and having a working ability to speak with understanding of land titles and who and how they apply to is probably the MOST fundamental part of Real Estate. Your land title is the legal proof and evidence that you own your property. It is the foundation for anything else in case someone comes along and claims to own your land. The entire system is based on us protecting that value for the future.
I'm excited to learn as much as I can so I can speak knowledgeably with clients on how to obtain these and the process of making it legal.
