I would position myself as an educator in the furnished short-term rental space, sharing my knowledge of real estate, relocation, staging, and the buyer and guest experience to teach property owners how to maximize the potential of their spaces. My goal would be to help raise the standard of property presentation in Belize by showing owners how thoughtful design, functionality, and presentation can make their properties more desirable, competitive, and marketable.
