Think of 1 thing that you can do to make yourself an authority brand in my area for real estate.
I would use my social media model branding/ platforms of over 1million real followers on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & YouTube as a way to advertise the Real Estate market in my Country and guide new buyers/ investors as to why they should buy/ invest in Belize. Put My Face Behind the Brand! Don’t make Colon Real Estate just a logo. Make Me the recognizable real estate personality of Belize.
For example, sharing videos of the Island Life, Rainforest retreats, Mayan Ruins and Local Community lifestyle in Belize. Saying: “I’m Shaniki Hernandez with Colon Real Estate, and I’m going to show you an Insider’s Local Guide to what’s happening in the Belize Real Estate Market.”
