I am here today to explain why Orchid Bay is THE Best place to buy at currently!

Located only 12 miles from Corozal Town on the new paved highway that connects Corozal Town with Sarteneja. It is located right on the sea and has two miles of coastline. It was originally developed as an expat Real Estate Development. The original developer put millions of dollars into infrastructure and amenities. Over the years many lands were sold at very high prices. As time went on, the developer lost interest in the place and was unable to recover his original investment from sales. A new developer came in, but his plans didn't work out and he left the project. The project dat for some years, but now many of the land claims have been settled and more than 30 lots are on the market right now. The property was labeled "distressed" for some years and now the process are lower than they originally were. This creates good buys right now.
