This land is 2 acres and is about an hour drive to Yosemite, and a perfect "basecamp" for daily travel back and forth to the "Dawn Wall". If you haven't see this thing yet its incredible!
3000 ft and Alex Harnold of Tapei 101 fame on Netflix scaled this thing without any ropes or safety nets!! 🫣😬😦. In this picture for scale!
I need to devise a master plan to build a MF property (any kind, stick built, manufactured, 3D printed, or may container home type) on this plot of land. Please provide your INSIGHTs as this area!
