Looking for Private Funding

Hey guys,

I have 2 deals I am looking for funding on. Please see the 2 options below and let's connect if you would be interested in working with me on either one.

#1- Smaller 4/2 in Six Mile, I purchased for $80k and am seeking $80k in rehab funds. All in at $160k with an ARV of $240k. Property is on 1 acre of land.

#2- smaller 3/2 in Easley 1250 sq. ft in a nice neighborhood. Plan to purchase late next week for $50k and seek rehab funds of $70k. All in @ $120k with an ARV of $220k.
