I am spending time brainstorming how to convince investors to invest their money.
What they want?
Greed - they want their money to make money
Significance - house investing is sexier than mobile home park investing for example. Investors want to invest in a winning team.
What they need?
Resolve Fear - Do you as an investor really want all your wealth tied to a 401k plan. Many of these plans are highly concentrated in a few top companies.
What do you think could be or has been effective in finding and getting investors to invest their money?
