Hi everyone. Have really been struggling with weak post-open-house conversion recently. Also, for months I wondered how to fix emails that feel spammy, and I know a lot of people here have been too.
Anyway, I was talking to ChatGPT… (should be less than $10/m):
1. Do visitor tags by interest (neighborhood/bedrooms).
2. Download a next-morning message: “Two similar homes you’ll likely compare—want a quick pros/cons?”
3. if yes, send a short comparison grid, not a pitch.
