Hi all— I’ve been struggling with slow response to new inquiries and I know a lot of people here have been too.
I spent some time working through it last week, and here’s a simple way I solved it for less than $10/m:
1. Do an instant SMS: “Got your note—2 quick Qs: budget + move-in window?”
2. Download a mini routing sheet that drops replies into 2 call slots (offer 2 times automatically).
3. if no reply in 10 min, send one helpful comp (not 10).
