🏠 This Tuesday (11/25): Co-Living Challenge @ 6pm CST
Join us as we break down real numbers, real examples, and walk through a live challenge to sharpen your understanding of co-living. This event will be added to the skool calendar soon.
📝 This Wednesday (11/26): Follow-Up Q&A Session @ 6pm CST
We covered a lot last night: the death of outdated strategies, the real ways to build wealth in real estate, co-living insights, 50-year mortgages, and more. This Wednesday’s zoom session will continue the conversation and open the floor for Q&A. Check the Skool calendar to register and access the Zoom link.
🎁 Holiday Toy Drive (11/21–12/12)
We're partnering with Impact Others on their Toy Drive project to collect gifts for kids in our local community. One of our core values is Legacy Impact, and this is our chance to make a real difference right here in Chicago. Many families won’t have the means to provide toys on Christmas morning, and together we can help change that. Deadline for donations: December 12th.

We’re partnering with Blue Prime Solutions to bring our communities together for a night of great people (that’s you!), good food, and a chance to celebrate the wins of 2025 before the year wraps up.
The event will be hosted at Oscar’s office. Space is limited, so be sure to grab your ticket ASAP.
