Intro
Hi my Name is Mlynue, but call me Mel. I’m originally from Washington DC but, currently live in New York city. I’m very new to the real estate world, I bought my first rental in Detroit right before Christmas. I’m here to learn about real estate development, specifically new builds to use for the building to rent strategy. I’d say knowledge is currently holding me back. I’m excited to learn and eager to interact with you all.
