Spots for accredited/sophisticated LP's -> 10% Pref Cash Flow

- Deal closing this month and 90%+ subscribed
- Preferred cash flow of 10% during the 5 yr hold
- (lower risk, no equity participation)
- Min $50k, or I could be talked down to $25k in certain circumstances ;)
