hello everyone
Hello, my name is Helena and I am 48 years old, I am from Mexico and it is a pleasure to be in this community. My goal is to unlearn and learn again everything that refers to health and nutrition because I studied nutrition and reached hygiene after years and I owe everything to my daughter Brenda who has cerebral palsy, I did not accept when they told me that I no longer nothing could be done for her and I continued looking for alternatives for her and in 2023 I started reading about hygiene and it was difficult because I brought other knowledge about nutrition and it made me question many things in 2024 I did a detox with lu del mar and I felt so good that I told myself this is the way and I continue learning and modifying my diet. It is difficult but not impossible because I have been having a different lifestyle for many years but it is a daily job with myself. same, and I am excited to have this great team as a guide and with great wisdom and great tools and support.
And the best thing is that they focus on the mind, emotions, thoughts and the spiritual. Thank you so much
