Milk
While it makes logical sense when Goatis says milk isnt optimal because its milk meant for another animal and it has estrogen and growth hormone in. I totally disagree. Days without milk are way worse it just completely nourishes and hydrates you I feel so much better when I have it. The only thing I could understand is that he talks about blood a lot which I have never tried so maybe that is superior.
