Need Guidance Setting Up My White-Label AI Agency

Hi everyone 👋

I recently purchased the Snowie white-label to launch my AI agency, and I’m currently in the setup phase.

My goal is to get a fully working system (AI receptionist + client-ready setup) so I can start onboarding businesses and generating revenue.

If anyone here has successfully:

• Set up their white-label system

• Built a working AI receptionist flow

• Or launched their agency using Snowie

I’d really appreciate any guidance, best practices, or setup steps to follow.

I’m not looking to overcomplicate things — just want a clean, working system I can start selling.
