Hey, I’m Romain.
French originally, now based in Switzerland. I used to be an ER nurse making around 28k a year. Four years later, I’m running a homecare agency I built myself, making over 400k. Married, kid on the way, and a Shiba who thinks he owns the place.
What I wish I had more of right now?
People who are actually building. Not just talking. Not flexing. Just doing the work. Sharing what's working, what's not, and how to move faster without losing your mind.
Where I feel alone?
That weird middle zone. Too far ahead to relate to most people I started with. Not quite in the rooms I want to be in yet.
That’s why I started this.
Not a place to pretend. Just a place to get sharper by not doing it alone anymore.
