What a year 2025 has been for many. I have had clients from all walks of life become amazing friends. Friends who, thanks to their trust, have achieved amazing physical results.
2026 for Rapid Results Australia will bring new and exciting exercise events. Events that will draw on the internal passion of all while building a new identity in each client’s health and fitness goals.
Over the past three months, I have created a working platform online. This platform will bring to the users many wonderful exercise programs and create balance within to allow for growth and personal education.
As a retired Senior Physical Training Instructor with the Armed Forces, I have always placed focus on results while introducing changes along the way.
Phase One… will be for many an introduction into exercise awareness, yes, many people out there have gone through many forms of exercise programs, but, as learned from my end, many have failed and returned to what they tried to escape from.
This is not your fault or a fault within the program, but more so, how your entry into physical and mindful changes started. The beginning, as many put it, defines the results, and nothing could be more from the truth here.
Here, during the entry (Phase One) platform, I will bring you back to basics. Basic which have worked for centuries, basics that have created athletes of all levels and basics that will lead you into Phase Two.
Phase Two… is a more open and stylish platform, giving each client their individual program setting. Here we will work together on introducing muscle and cardio endurance at the same time, building on reducing weight and fats as needed.
We will also work towards refinement within the muscle to give a contrast of shape and symmetry. Of course, these will be tailored for males and females accordingly.
Muscle growth for many will also be a factor, depending on your choices from day one. These simple principles will guide you into Phase Three.
Phase Three… As we enter Phase Three, we will have encountered many obstacles. Some seem endless, and others, thanks to your pre-set training, are easily moved on. By this stage, you will have completed twelve (12) weeks of training. Twelve weeks of intensity at a level suitable to your requirements and a level which will test you time and time again.
After Phase Three, you will have committed to Twenty-Four (24) weeks. Seems a lifetime but, I ca assure you (24) weeks is and will be the smallest graduation period for you.

These are the prime indicators, but like all training platforms, so much more is gained. That’s the beauty of starting at the lowest level, learning and understanding why and how to achieve what we in the elite world call… success.
Your Programs
All programs will be provided through my personal online app.
All food plans will be provided through my personal online app.
Once you join the RRA26 program, you will be invited to become part of the Rapid Results Revolution. You will be sent questionnaires on past training, what your 2026 and future goals are, along with a health check sheet. With this, you will also be asked questions about your eating habits, likes and dislikes in food and any food allergies you may have.
A full detailed agenda will also be sent, providing all relevant information such as training, food, weekly face-to-face contacts and more.
Weekly fees
Phase One: Weekly fees $60.00 this includes a full comprehensive 6-day-a-week training platform. If you require a food plan, the weekly cost will be $70.00.
Phase Two: Weekly fees $70.00 this includes a full comprehensive 6-day-a-week training platform. If you require a food plan, the weekly cost will be $80.00.
Phase Three: Weekly fees $80.00, which includes a full, comprehensive 6-day-a-week training platform. If you require a food plan, the weekly cost will be $90.00.
After all three Phases, you can choose to continue on self-specific programs. The cost here will range from $90.00 to $110.00 weekly.
