Both in my own company and back when I consulted with other wholesale teams, these types of call review sessions were where the biggest breakthroughs happened.
Definitely go through all the training, but I highly recommend making it a habit to study these reviews consistently if you want to get up to speed quickly.
This business rewards competency at a very high level. The people that win long term are the ones that treat this like a real craft and work to truly dial the process in.
