Connecting!

Hey everyone, my name is Benjamin. I’m based in SoCal and wanted to introduce myself.

I’m mainly here to connect with people who are learning, taking action, and building in real estate. I’m looking to build real relationships, share ideas, learn from others, and see where I can bring value.

One area I’ve been building connections in is real estate funding, especially EMD, double close, and transactional funding. So if that ever comes up on a deal, I’m happy to be a resource.
