The agent can:

β¨ Automatically schedule appointments in Google Calendar
β¨ Send confirmations through Gmail
β¨ Hold natural and human like conversations
Everything runs inside a clean n8n workflow, with Vapi for voice and Gemini handling the conversational logic.
