- When you own your own business, you need to have core rules or cornerstones that you LIVE BY. What are yours?
- Constraints are the topics that you currently have in your life that you need to reflect on... "is this a useful time allocation? Does this help me, or keep me stuck where I am? Can I remove this from my schedule?
- Boundaries and Limits - learning how to set realistic ones and recognizing the limits we have already!
