Hey Everyone,
Why I Created This Group:
I created this group as a free resource for anyone and everyone who wants to learn how to wholesale and/or find and purchase properties off-market at a discount. To be honest, I was tired of posting on Reddit without being able to build relationships with people and hear about their successes later on. I figured that with Skool, we'll know exactly how to find each other. You can post or comment on this page anytime, and I or someone else will get back to you asap!
My Intro:
33-year-old married to an amazing and incredibly supportive wife. 10 years of W2 experience in sales and recruiting. 2 dogs, and no kids (yet)! When I'm not working, I'm either eating, lifting/running, playing golf, hiking, reading, or watching a movie.
I did my first deal in June 2022, and my life has drastically changed for the better. Since then, I have:
- Done 100+ deals
- Quit my W2
- Started multiple 6- and 7-figure businesses
- Hired 9 internal teammates #blessed
- Paid off $50,000 worth of bad debt #superblessed
- Met and learned from a lot of amazing people along the way
