Tu finis — You finish
Il / Elle / On finit — He / She / We finishes
Nous finissons — We finish
Vous finissez — You finish (formal / plural)

Finir is a regular -ir verb, which means once you know this pattern you can conjugate hundreds of other verbs the same way — choisir (to choose), grandir (to grow), réussir (to succeed), and many more!
