Salut! Today you're tackling two sound endings that trip up a lot of learners — but once you hear them a few times they start to feel natural.
Video below
Le son UEIL — a soft "oy" blended with "y"
ueil → recueil, chevreuil, feuille
Le son IER — like "yay" but softer
ier → voilier, panier, soulier, palmier
These endings are very common in French nouns — you'll start spotting them everywhere once you know what to listen for!
