Finally emerging into the light!
Hi Everyone!
Well, I have been here (or not here) for a while. I have spent the past several years caregiving for my parents and now they have transitioned to a better existence. While this has been a difficult time, it has been an honor to walk the path with my parents and my compassion and love for life has only increased through the experience. I have spent the past few months processing, remembering, recovering, and rediscovering.
I think I am now finally at a place where I can devote some bandwidth to my business again. But I realized I need to do this in a better way, a different way, allowing myself to enjoy life and not be a work-a-holic (which as a type A I can easily do.) I want to have a healthy balance while helping others which I have not been able to have in these past several years of caregiving.
So, here I am, ready to devote some energy to my business and create a better life balance while I coach others.
