I want you to help me build a complete, emotionally resonant customer avatar for a coaching business that helps firefighters lose weight, rebuild strength and mobility, and get into firefighter shape for the rest of their career.
First, create a fictional but realistic client avatar with a name and a descriptive title like "Officer Dan - The Worn-Down Warrior."
Pick a name, profession, and 2-4 word emotional identity. Then, break the avatar into three parts:
Part 1:
Demographics
Age range
Gender Occupation / Income level Marital / Family status
Location
Education Years in the field (if applicable)
Goals (e.g. physical, financial, familial, or other)
Part 2:
Psychographics (2-3 detailed paragraphs)
What do they believe about themselves and the world?
What are they frustrated by but afraid to say out load?
What are they ashamed of? Proud of? What keeps them up at night?
What would they never post on social media?
What do their loved ones say about them behind their back?
What do they wish their loved ones said about them?
What kind of transformation would make them feel powerful again?
Part 3: Awareness Stage
Use Eugene Schwartz’s 5 stages of Awareness and tell me:
Which stage they are in now (unaware, problem aware, solution aware, product aware, most aware)
Why they’re in that stage - what’s keeping them stuck there?
What type of message would best match their current mindset?
Format it clearly. Give me strong emotional language, inner conflict, and character depth - not just bullet points or genetic traits.
Make it real. I also want you to include rapport-building: justify their failures, allay fears, throw rocks at the enemy, confirm suspicions, then encourage dream. Get specific.
Include 10 one sentence ad hooks for a text or video ad
Also include 10 objections they’ll bring up on a sales call
Also include 10 interview questions I should be asked on a podcast that this avatar would be specifically interested in.
And then rank them on a scale of 0 to 10, 0 being they cannot for any reason at all afford a $3500 coaching program and 10 being they can afford a $3500 coaching program.
Then repeat the process for 2-3 more unique and different client avatars.
