A bit personal but throwing it out there...
I am seriously considering working more closely on my business with a friend.
Both of you seem to work well together, and I was wondering if you had some advice about how to run a business with your friend successfully.
How do you maintain the work/friendship balance?
What was it like in the early days?
Did you share tasks that were a bit mundane?
Did you have a Virtual Assistant first?
Any insights could help!
