Intro: Hi, I'm Tommy and I'm a master student at University of Maryland.

I got my bachelor and master degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.
My difficulty is to find a quantum-related internship. I was a firmware engineer in IC design company, and I decided to pursue my quantum career at 2024. In other words, I only have one-year experience in this field. Thus, I would like to get an internship to get more hands-on experiments. For instance, I saw the title like firmware engineer internship on IBM career, but I don't know if this position is quantum related or not?

Also another question is how long and what type of lab experience match the requirement from these quantum company?
