Can we explain the breakdown of the ledger to each other (please see the screen shots attached).
I think I can account for how the ledger is broken down to make sense of it. However, with each transaction, there is $0.60 unaccounted for when it hits my bank.
Example:
patient pays: $46.75 - $2.41 (client service fee) = $44.34
$44.34 - $0.19 ("Disbursement Fee) = $44.15
$44.15 - $5.50 (Puuk's premium) = $38.65.
Actual amount deposited in bank = $38.05 ($0.60 off and not listed on ledger)
This same scenario is consistent with other deposits.
Does anyone know where the $0.60 went and/or what it's for?
Thank You!
