Meet Your Mentor: Tamara “TeeCee” Allison
Hi sisters. If we haven’t officially met yet, I want to officially welcome you and share a piece of my heart, my background, and why this space exists.
I’m Tamara “TeeCee” Allison—host of The Selah Daily Podcast, founder of The Selah Collective & The Selah House, and a faith-based women’s mentor. I am deeply passionate about creating spaces where women can pause, breathe, reflect honestly, and reconnect with God right in the middle of real life.

To best serve you, I have dedicated years to theological, mental health, and community support training. My credentials through the Christian Leaders Institute and Christian Leaders Alliance include:

Beyond the Titles ☕
While credentials are full of purpose, I am also simply: a wife, a mother of five, a MawMaw, and a woman who has walked through some very dark, heavy, and exhausting seasons.
I have learned firsthand that God rarely waits for the storm to clear before He speaks to us. He meets us right in the eye of it. I created this sanctuary because I was tired of the narrative that tells women they have to "get their lives together" or "wait until they are completely healed" to find peace or take action. Life does not pause for us to figure it all out.

You do not need to show up perfectly here. You don’t even have to share anything heavy until you are completely ready. Just come as you are.
