The hardest thing I found when I first became a PT was…
Building the courage to approach members to talk about my business.
How I overcame this
1 - I got some serious reps in by just saying ‘Hi/bye’ to members at reception to overcome my fear
2 - I slowly understood that it’s okay if someone says ‘no’ because at least now they know you exist!
3 - I found fun ways to meet members, that I genuinely enjoyed!
I slowly built confidence and understood how Lead Generation worked specifically for me.
What is your biggest challenge right now?
