In our session last night Sean said just because they are not set up for payments yet does not mean they cannot pay you. Put that wisdom into Chat and created an email back to my contact. Here is his response:

Thank you for the explanantion. However until our US branch and US corporate bank account is finalised, we can not make any payouts. But we are definetly interested in your proposal.

Could you please send me a more detailed proposal that indicates what kind of service you can provide at which rate? That way I can present it to the boss and see if we can allocate some budget on it.
