Welcome!
Hey everyone, welcome to Project 300! Communication was a big issue last time, so we made a central hub to talk, deliver info, etc. So much more to come! Feedback is welcome - we are new to this platform so yeah it’ll be a little clunky. But Jan 1 @Frank Sepe and we will be ready to rock.
Friday check-in
1. Did you get every session in? One to go this weekend. 2. What were your deadlift and pull-up numbers? 135, banded pull-ups 3. Any elbow or forearm pain the next morning? No
Friday ✅
Friday check-in! ❤️ I’ve been struggling mentally and emotionally lately, and honestly, it’s been hard to find my motivation. Some days just showing up feels like a challenge. I’m trying to give myself some grace while also reminding myself how far I’ve come. I’m not where I want to be mentally right now, but I’m still here, still trying, and taking it one day at a time. Since I procrastinated- I’ll be doing the challenge this weekend. One day at a time. Happy to be here.
Week 1 Check-in (I’m calling it my .5 checkin)
Coming off a second week ankle sprain recovery so today was the first time I ran (Day 2 interval training) loved the workout! Ankle did swell (in a good and bad way) got through it and decided half the “run” segments I’d do on the assault bike sooo that was fun. Today was Day 8 of 8 straight working days and ended with a double shift finishing the day with training. So I have 2 workouts left before Monday comes but I’ll get it done! Did really good on the eating this week. MEAL PREP MEAL PREP MEAL PREP! It keeps you consistent and deters cheating! As far as the pull-up challenge (it’s going….) here’s the breakdown so far: Strict pull-ups: 40 Weighted: for funsies) 3 TRX: 80 Needless to say I gotta get on it 💪
