Welcome!
Hey everyone, welcome to Project 300! Communication was a big issue last time, so we made a central hub to talk, deliver info, etc. So much more to come! Feedback is welcome - we are new to this platform so yeah it’ll be a little clunky. But Jan 1 @Frank Sepe and we will be ready to rock.

From 208 lbs to 150 lbs! 💪🔥 I wasn’t selected to be one of the participants in Project 300, but that didn’t stop me. I decided to follow the program anyway—and after restarting, I am now 36 weeks in and still going strong! 🙌 There have been plenty of days when I couldn’t run because I was sick or dealing with an injury. But I refused to quit. I made myself walk, modified my workouts, and did whatever I could to keep moving forward. I struggled with losing weight for a very long time. There were times I wondered if I would ever reach my goals. Now, not only have I reached my original goal—I’ve surpassed it! ❤️ This journey has taught me that consistency matters more than perfection. You don’t have to be able to do everything every day. You just have to keep showing up and keep moving forward. I’m so proud of how far I’ve come, and I can’t wait to see the continued improvements, strength, and results that come from staying committed to this journey with this amazing group! 208 ➡️ 150. 58 pounds gone. And I’m not done yet! 🔥💪 #Project300 #WeightLossJourney #58PoundsGone #Consistency #NeverGiveUp #KeepGoing #FitnessJourney #StrongerEveryDay #Transformation #TheGrind

Challenge Check in Day One
Welcome back, everyone! 👊 Checking in — how did everyone do with the challenges so far? Drop your progress in the comments. What felt good? What was tough? A few of you asked for tips on pull-ups, so here we go: If pull-ups are tough: • Use an assisted pull-up machine or resistance band • Start with slow negatives — get to the top and lower yourself for 3–5 seconds • Add dead hangs to build grip strength • Practice scapular pull-ups to learn how to engage your back • Keep your core tight and think about driving your elbows down toward your sides And if pull-ups are too easy… guess what? Make them harder. 😈 Try: • Weighted pull-ups • Slow 3–5 second negatives • Pause for 1–2 seconds at the top • Chest-to-bar pull-ups • Wide-grip pull-ups • 1½ reps — all the way up, halfway down, back up, then all the way down • Higher-rep sets with shorter rest periods The goal is simple: meet yourself where you are, then make it a little harder. Don’t just go through the motions. Challenge yourself, track your progress, and get better every week. Now check in below — how did you do?
