Hey everyone, welcome to Project 300! Communication was a big issue last time, so we made a central hub to talk, deliver info, etc. So much more to come! Feedback is welcome - we are new to this platform so yeah it’ll be a little clunky. But Jan 1 @Frank Sepe and we will be ready to rock.

Kim Collings. Performance will be my focus. I want to lay a strength base between now and Jan 1 and then running speed and continued strength/grip for obstacles. 2027 will be less quantity of races and more building to complete all obstacles and be more competitive

iPhone trick for Workout Program
Once you’ve picked your workout track, I found this little trick on iPhone so that I can quickly access my weekly workouts. 1. Click the “share” button on the top of the screen 2. Click “view more” and then “add to Home Screen” This will save the website like an app and you can access it whenever you want 💪👍
