Name: Cecil Track: Starting with Foundation until I decide 1 thing that'll be true about you on December 31: I will be fully ready to take on Part 2. I'm self starting to a degree, so giving me more direction helps. I will also be fully complete with my Master's degree and be able to dedicate even more focus to the project.

Hey guys. Matt here. I’m focusing on Performance during Round 2. My one thing I’ll be able to say in December is that I’m ready to try for the podium at a DEKA or Spartan race 🙌🏻. Still a WIP, but I’ll get there as we progress! Even though v2 is different, if anyone has questions about Project 300, just ask!

DEKA Performance
Jen G- accomplished more than I thought was possible in round 1. Now Round 2 is specifically about DEKA performance while adding a first with a Hyrox in February.
