BURPEE CHALLENGE DAY 3
Sssshhhhhhh, don’t tell anyone, but I did my burpees at work….. Not sure what the extra weight comes to from the gear etc. Another 70 (220 for the week). Gotta pace these vintage bones. Aroo!
