BE SMART
Train smart. Stay consistent.
Project 300 crew—push yourself, but use your head. Every workout should move you toward your goal. You don’t need to prove everything in one session.
• Warm up before your working sets.
• Choose weights you can control. Form comes first.
• Build gradually and train at your current level.
• Take recovery seriously. Sleep and rest days are part of the work.
• Don’t push through sharp, sudden, or worsening pain. Stop and get it checked.
Modify when you need to. Ask for guidance when you’re unsure. Making an adjustment that keeps you moving forward is a smart decision.
Before starting Project 300, get approval from your doctor—especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or medical concerns. Follow any restrictions or modifications your doctor recommends.
The goal is to get stronger, fitter, and healthier—and keep showing up.

Set a goal, keep your word, and get stronger, fitter, and harder to break. Training and community help you show up consistently, even imperfectly.
