Why They HAD to Kill Fred Hampton - How To Become A Revolutionary
For whatever reason, civil rights videos don't do as well as pop culture videos. Which I guess is obvious as I type it out, but I guess if this is the most important issue facing our society today, I imagined it would be more popular.
Regardless, I sure do love Fred Hampton and this strategy of bringing people together with the understanding that you can't integrate entirely, but can individually build your community. Then if anyone from the outside attacks anyone, you unite together to take on the threat. Current sociiety has us apart and pretending that we're united. The Rainbow Coalition strategy was to recognize the apartness annd the value of cleaning up your own community while not making enemies of the community next door.
