Used to be the worst place to buy anything.

99 percent was junk or never shipped or fake track numbers.

You couldnt get your money back if it wasnt in sellers account.

Paypal paid in seconds for a sale back then.

I actually knew a girl that listed a motorcycle on auction from pics in parkinglot at a bar.

That was pretty bad.

Buyer got no bike and no money back.

A scammy mess...

Last year a used illegal immigrant book seller in Florida homeless got famous on youtube selling on ebay and sharing how good he was.

He got a great following and lots of buyers that wanted to help him.

Mad that usa wouldnt help him in anyway because he was illegal.

He lived in a storage unit with wife and a cat.

Rented a car daily to live in thru turo or something til he ran out of money.

He youtubes living in Florida storage with wife and cat making great money on ebay.

Storage complex threw him out.

So mad at usa he cant get food stamps,free place to live,or a job!

(Hes illegal)

Then he started photographing expensive tools at home depot or lowes.

List them on ebay.

Sold tons like the crack sale 10 cents on the dollar.

Some people order more than 1.

Thousands of dollars.

I believe he had paypal because hes european? So he got paid instantly.

He sends an old used book.

Tracking number shows proof of shipping .

Takes buyers 30 days to get money back from ebay...

Ebay paid 1000s out of their pocket because they could not recoup money from seller.

Tons of negative feedbacks

Account finally is shut down and banned.

So he opens a new account in his wifes name .

A few junky items then starts selling those big money tools again.

And sends a old used book to buyer.

That account also gets banned in about 30 days about 8 grand in fake scam sales.

Today he claims on youtube he was never homeless and he is wealthy and owns property

(All the returns went to some ladies house in florida they stayed at for about a week she tried to help them)

She put that drama on youtube to protect others wanting to help them.

Today he is selling his 700 course on how to drop ship on ebay. But buyers of ebay799 course have to send it by paypal as a gift so he doesnt have to refund 700.00.

Thats all over youtube.

They have violated so many laws in Florida, California before Florida,and europe before the usa scamming people.

The worst part is ebay paid all those customers refunds to save ebay. That was in many thousands of dollars.

And that girls house may be in danger in florida? Buyers might come there and she never knew he put her address on his ebay account! Until she got numerous packages sent back for refunds.

She reported to ebay and the feds

And he deleted a bunch of vlogs on youtube and has all new ones with how to sell on ebay and solicits his fake class still.

He is banned from ebay but telling everybody how to sell on ebay on his YouTube today

Sooooo .....

Back in early 2000s you buy and leave neg feedback and the person you purchased from would buy something from you.

Then they would leave the trashiest violent negative feedback for you.

Back then a few negs closes your store a few weeks. Another recent neg gets you shut down a month... So many feedbacks get you closed 6 months. Then around 6 negs you just get permanently closed down period.

Today ebay

If you leave a neg feedback it has not be honest factual insert pics and send pics to seller as ebay proof in messages. No extra drama "just the facts" Ebay looks at that.

Then you block that seller that way they cant buy from you and play games.

Its called vendictive retaliation feedback.

Absolutely not allowed on ebay in 2026

So i purchased a delicate item.

The seller put it in a big envelope.

I get it and box is smashed item outside box. What a mess due to poor packing. Needed to be in a box.

I didnt file a refund.

I left neg feedback.

Then i block seller

(I look and this seller has tons of neg feedback oh my gosh)

A few minutes later a sale comes in for a 1.50 item because i had it marked down to get it gone.

Its that seller.

I call ebay because im leary and really need to know how to cancel the order without neg feedback just for cancelling....

Cant be done

But!

Always a but!

Ebay rep could see that seller bought from me just as soon as i left neg feedback for my order.

Its all timestamped

So basically it was a good thing that i called ebay rep

Rep said they documented on my account

Seller has tons of negs anyway

My only 2 options were

Cancel order and get neg feedback (leaves door open)

Ship and when that disgruntled seller leaves neg feedback for me to call ebay and they promise to remove it because this call is documented in my file.

So if this is a game you like to play

A neg for a neg because you are a failure

Its a very easy way to have your store shut down permanently in 2026

And ebay is the hardest to get back on to sell.

And amazon is the 2nd hardest to get back on to sell...

Think carefully

Before you

Cut your nose off despite your face

If you are a victim or suspect you will be a victim report it by phone asap to ebay rep

Although ebay made a new ruling recently about never removing neg feedback and they drop off in a year

If the neg does not clear ebay specs in any way yes it can be removed call a rep and ask...

You cant put a bunch of drama or insults in feedback because it can be removed by ebay if asked to do so...
