Ebay seller wanted 14.75 from 2 states away
I asked how he ships it

Usps ground exact price no handling fee
I research a bigger box or padded envelope than it would ever need 11x14x6
Pirate ship 8.00
Ebay ship 8.74
I told him i dont mind paying 2.00 handling fee
He doesnt want a fee only exact usps charge
He offered to double check it
He said nope its right 14.75
I requested 5.00 off i buy it right now
But its ok if not
He says
No thank you
