Have you ever had a customer lie to get a return request approved? I had a customer reach out to me saying the shoes were great, they just didn't fit and she wanted to return them. I informed her that she couldn't and then she opened up a return request saying the item didn't work as it was supposed to (they were shoes). She then told posh the shoes were fine they just didn't fit. Then she changed her story all of a sudden saying that they were not the size listed and that they were in bad condition. I assumed poshmark would see the messages and decide in my favor obvi because I sent her exactly what she ordered. Posh then approved her request saying it was my fault?? I'm a little peeved and it's turning me off posh honestly because that is ridiculous. I know i shouldn't be this upset but lying really irritates me.
