Okay group. Customer says item was not received and still wants item. (I ship USPS thru ebay) Tracking says deliver front porch date and time. I’ve updated tracking and then emailed customer those tracking details with date of shipment, date of delivery and asked that his provided address be verified and typed it out.
This is the first time in this situation. It’s rotten for us both. So what is the next step? Am I responsible for refund?
