Item lost/delayed by USPS
Hey All! I am pretty new at this and having my first USPS delivery problem. Customer is in Guam and bought a pair of jeans on 12/25 which I sent out on 12/26. She is claiming she never received them and when I checked tracking info, it say "Delayed Delivery" and the last update was 1/5. It says its still going through the delivery process. What should I do? How should I handle this? When is an item consdiered lost and what happens then?
