Clueless in Commerce
Good morning.
This morning I awoke to a message of "item not received". As someone new to eBay & reselling, I have no idea how to handle this situation. It was the 1st item I ever sold back in June.
On my end it shows delivered. Twice. 2 separate shipments are recorded on eBay. The 1st having been delivered 6/28, the 2nd 8/14. Does anyone have any idea what can possibly be going on?
I don't have a clue how to handle this, especially given the delivery anomaly...
